September's releases....

It's that time of the month again in which we take a look at the games that we consider will be worth your time and money. Keep in mind that release dates are subject to change...

As we all know, September is often the prelude of things to come during the Fall and Holiday season. Of course, we couldn't fit ALL the release, but we'll take a look at some interesting games:

Rock Band 2 (September 14th; X360): You didn't read it wrong. Indeed, Microsoft scored a one month timed exclusivity with the PS3 version hitting in October and the Wii version following suit in November. The odd thing is the Bundle has been delayed into October but as of now, the individual intruments will be made available on September 14th. For this iteration, Harmonix promised that downloaded tracks for Rock Band 1 will be fully compatible in RB2 and RB1's setlist will be transferable into RB2. However, Harmonix has yet to reveal how the transfer process will work. With a huge set list available here , and the promise of compatible songs from download and the first Rock Band, you'll be rocking out for the next decade!

Lego Batman: (PS2-PS3-X360-DS-Wii-PSP - September 23rd): After the success of Lego Star Wars and Lego Indiana Jones, the wonderful blocky toys from our childhood are now popping up in Gotham City. Apparently, promised is a Online Co-Op Mode (which was left out of Lego Indiana Jones), you'll be able to run rampant throughout Gotham City as our Bat-Friend and his sidekick. And there's a possibility of being able to create chaos as a villain....

Silent Hill Homecoming (PS3-X360-PC - September 30th): Soldier Alex Sheppard is coming home after some time spent in war. However, some of his family members are missing and his mother has seemingly lost it. Of course, all the weirds happening at the Sheppard's household lead Alex to Silent Hill to get the answers and find his younger brother...

Disgaea DS (NDS - September 23rd): NIS America is releasing this title for a 3rd time! After a successful run on PS2 as Disgaea Hour of Darkness and most niche success as Disgaea Afternoon of Darkness on PSP, they're hoping to catch gamers who have yet to taste this wonderful SRPG. Fresh off the heels of the release of Disgaea 3 on PS3, gamers will again have access to the Netherworld on the go!

Star Wars The Force Unleashed (PS2-PS3-NDS-X360-Wii-PSP - September 16th): Filling the gaps between both trilogies, you'll take control of The Apprentice (who recently popped up in Soul Calibur IV). You'll learn new powers on the way to conquer evil (or good....).

Hell's Kitchen The Video Game (NDS-Wii - September 9th): Have you ever wanted to be yelled at by Chef Ramsey? Well here's your chance! Following the success of the PC version, Ubisoft is bringing this mad chef onto home consoles. You'll need to be good and docile and listen to every advice from this popular chef.

So this ends our quick look at upcoming games from September. Keep in mind, that there are more games coming out and this was simply a quick look at what is on our radar. We hope you enjoyed this little overall look at what's coming out in September. You can always keep checking on dimensiongames.com to know what else is coming out!

Being the son of the Chairman, Mao has never attended a single class nor even opened up his textbooks. He's only driven to overthrow his father and claim title of Overlord!

- Tales of Vesperia (X360 - Release date: August 26th): Finally, the "Tales Of..." series makes its awaited debut on a next gen console. In this new chapter, you'll play as Yuri, a former knight, in a world where people are dependant of a mysterious technology called "Blastia".
